1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from biovexia.co (“Site”), operated by Biovexia Labs (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or purchase any products.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Biovexia Labs are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical application. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority for human use.

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional
  • You will use products solely for legitimate in-vitro research in a controlled laboratory setting
  • You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • You are 21 years of age or older
  • You are not purchasing for personal use, human consumption, or resale for human use

3. Not a Pharmacy or Medical Provider

Biovexia Labs is a chemical supplier. We are not a compounding pharmacy (503A), an outsourcing facility (503B), a medical provider, or a pharmaceutical company. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical guidance.

4. Product Information

All compound descriptions, research summaries, and PubMed references on this Site are provided for educational and scientific reference only. They are not intended as product claims, medical claims, or guarantees of efficacy. Research findings cited are from third-party peer-reviewed sources and reflect the state of scientific literature, not claims made by Biovexia Labs.

5. Certificates of Analysis

Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis will be provided at launch for all catalog compounds. COA data reflects third-party laboratory testing of specific production lots. Purity standards (≥99% or ≥98% as stated) represent our minimum quality commitment. Actual batch results will be reflected in the COA accompanying your order.

6. Orders, Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with full refund of any payment received.

7. Shipping & Shipment Protection

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement during business days. All orders include shipment protection — if your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with supporting documentation and we will reship at no cost. This is a one-time replacement policy per order.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. No returns are accepted. Shipment protection (Section 7) covers loss or damage in transit only. If you believe you received an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receipt.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use products purchased from Biovexia Labs for:

  • Human or animal consumption of any kind
  • Any therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical application
  • Resale to end consumers for non-research purposes
  • Any use that violates applicable law

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biovexia Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biovexia Labs, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Biovexia Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
