Returns & Refunds
Biovexia Labs supplies research chemicals to qualified researchers and laboratory professionals. Because of the nature of research compounds, this policy is narrower than a standard consumer e-commerce return policy. Please review it carefully before placing an order.
Once a research compound has left our facility, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under standard circumstances. The exceptions below cover shipments lost or damaged in transit, and shipping errors on our end.
All sales final
Research compounds are sold as final-sale items. Once an order ships, we cannot accept the product back into inventory for return, exchange, or resale, because we cannot verify the storage and handling conditions of any vial after it has left our facility.
By placing an order, the buyer accepts responsibility for compound selection. We encourage researchers to review the product page, molecular details, and references before purchasing. If you have questions about a compound before ordering, contact us.
Lost or damaged in transit
Shipment protection is included on every order. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will reship the affected items at no additional cost.
To make a shipment protection claim, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (lost, damaged outer packaging, broken vial, etc.)
- Photos of the damaged package and product, where applicable
Claims filed more than 7 days after expected delivery may not be eligible for reshipment, as carrier dispute windows have typically closed by that point.
If the affected compound is no longer in stock, we may offer a substitute compound of equivalent value or store credit toward a future order.
Wrong item shipped
If we ship the wrong product or quantity, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the discrepancy. We will arrange to send the correct item at no cost.
Please do not return the incorrectly shipped item until we have confirmed return instructions. We do not accept unauthorized returns at our address.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they enter the packing queue. Once an order is packed or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard final-sale policy applies.
To request a cancellation, email info@biovexia.co as quickly as possible with your order number.
Refund processing
In the limited cases where a refund is approved (lost shipments where reshipment is not possible, pre-shipment cancellations, or wrong-item resolution where reshipment is declined), refunds are processed as follows:
Cryptocurrency payments. Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment, calculated at the exchange rate at the time of refund. Because crypto exchange rates fluctuate, the refunded amount in USD-equivalent terms may differ from the original purchase total. Store credit at the original USD-equivalent value is available as an alternative on request.
Refunds are typically initiated within 5 business days of approval. Time to receive funds in your wallet depends on network confirmation times.
Not returnable for any reason
Some situations are never eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit, including:
- Compounds where the original packaging has been opened or the vial has been used
- Compounds that have been stored outside the recommended conditions after delivery
- Returns initiated more than 7 days after expected delivery
- Returns shipped to our address without prior authorization
- Buyer remorse, change of research direction, or selection error
Research use framework
All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are not intended for human, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use, and have not been evaluated by the FDA for any such purpose.
By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges this framework. Refund requests citing dissatisfaction with the product for any human, clinical, or therapeutic application fall outside the scope of this policy and the framework under which products are sold.
