Common questions about our catalog, ordering, shipping, storage, and how we handle research-use compliance. If your question isn’t covered below, contact us.
Ordering & payment
How to place an order, what we accept, and how to make changes after checkout.
Browse the catalog, add compounds to your cart, create an account, confirm your research-use acknowledgment, and complete checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your order enters our queue for dispatch within 48 hours.
We accept payment via cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Supported coins include USDC, USDT, BTC, ETH, and others displayed at checkout.
Yes. An account is required so we can maintain a record of your research-use acknowledgment and provide order history for each shipment you receive.
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they enter the packing queue. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be changed. Email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Yes. Due to the nature of research chemicals and to maintain product integrity, all sales are final. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, shipment protection covers a free reshipment — see the Shipping section below.
Shipping & delivery
Dispatch timelines, packaging, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your shipment is on its way.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Standard shipping is a flat $12 per order. Orders over $250 ship free.
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short-duration shipping. Vials are packed in protective outer packaging without external product branding. Temperature-controlled elements are used only when a specific compound requires them.
On receipt, transfer vials to −20°C storage as soon as possible.
Shipment protection is included on every order. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will reship at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damaged package.
Carrier tracking can occasionally stall for 24–48 hours between scans. If your tracking has shown no movement for longer than 3 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Products & specifications
What’s on every product page and how we describe each compound.
Compounds in our catalog are sold to a research-grade purity specification of ≥99%. Specific purity values are listed on each product page.
Every product page lists the molecular formula, molecular weight, CAS number where applicable, and links to peer-reviewed references describing the compound in the primary scientific literature. We describe the chemistry — sequence, structure, mechanism — not what a compound might do in any biological setting.
Every product page links to bibliographic references in the primary scientific literature. Links point directly to PubMed entries — we don’t summarize or editorialize. If you want to read the underlying work, click through to the source.
Lyophilization is freeze-drying. Water is removed from the peptide under vacuum at low temperature, yielding a dry powder that is stable for long-term storage. Lyophilized peptides are reconstituted with a suitable solvent before laboratory use.
Storage & reconstitution
Best practices for handling lyophilized and reconstituted compounds in the lab.
Store lyophilized powder at −20°C, protected from light and moisture. Properly stored, lyophilized peptides are stable for extended periods — consult the specific product page for shelf-life details.
Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within 30 days. Minimize freeze-thaw cycles, which can degrade peptide integrity.
Appropriate reconstitution solvents depend on the specific peptide and the intended research application. Bacteriostatic water and sterile water for injection are commonly used in laboratory research. Solvent selection is the responsibility of the end user based on their research protocol.
Lyophilized peptide appearance can vary from a compact puck to a loose powder to a light film along the vial wall depending on fill weight, peptide properties, and shipping conditions. None of these affect the integrity of the compound.
If you have concerns about a specific vial, contact us with your order number and a photo and we’ll take a look.
Compliance & research use
What “research use only” means in practice, and our role as a research chemical supplier.
All compounds in our catalog are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are not intended for human, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use, and have not been evaluated by the FDA for any such purpose.
Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals.
No. Biovexia LLC is a research chemical supplier. We sell research compounds for in-vitro laboratory research. We do not compound, dispense, or prescribe, and we do not provide medical, clinical, or dosing guidance of any kind.
Our products are intended for qualified researchers and laboratory professionals conducting in-vitro research. At checkout, customers acknowledge that the products will be used solely for laboratory research purposes and not for human, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use.
No. As a research chemical supplier we cannot provide any guidance on dosing, administration, or human use. Product pages list molecular properties, sequence data, and references to the scientific literature — that is the extent of information we can share.
